hard to believe it is September already. some leaves are changing, and the daily monsoons have quieted down a little bit. the air seems even drier, if that's possible. now we have one of the last busy wknds of the summer as Labor Day is here. i am looking forward to closing on the sale of our current home, Oktoberfest, cross racing, some long mountain bike rides, hanging with Helen and Alina, and finally moving into our new home.
gotta get some new house pics up this weekend. hopefully I can sneak in there to look at the fireplace in more detail. i think they're going to be putting up drywall and some shingles on the roof soon.
