yeah, this naysayer has some now. Forecast calls for a bit of snow today and maybe Wed/Th. But sun in between, and sun for Friday's drive out west to the desert for my first mountain bike ride of 2008. With the amount of snow, cold and wind this winter has brought to us, I couldn't possibly be looking forward to it more than I am now. Even if it's 35 degrees out there I will have fun. Esp. if the trails are mostly dry and the sun makes an appearance. Helen's hopefully getting over her 3 weeks of the crud that I had. She wisely skipped this wknd's snowshoe race out at Beaver Creek, in hopes of a full recouperation for the Red Hot 50K in Moab this Saturday. Alina and I will have a lot of fun Saturday, checking out the playgrounds in town, and doing a little hike of our own.
