rough

I feel rough. headcold and sore throat made for not one of my favorite weekends. But soon it will be gone. Holiday shopping is upon us. We blew the lock off our wallet and plunked down $3K for a treadmill for Helen. We jokingly said she will either be super fast or hurt and burnt out this upcoming season. It is a serious piece of equipment, weighing over 300lbs. But it is awesome, runs up to 12mph and up to a 15% incline. Intervals, HR, blah blah blah. It is a gargantuan piece of machinery in our small 3rd bedroom, but it works for now. We'll probably put it in the garage once I can get a new car to replace my 19' pig of a truck.
