from the top of Dakota Ridge

thanks to Mary, this was the 2nd Monday in a row I was able to zip down to Denver and ride my mtb for 4hrs. great riding on the 5.5 still. low 70s with a breeze. still managed to enjoy a good sweat, dripping down my forehead, into my sunglasses, and down on my top tube...it was awesome. I love sweating, as it doesn't happen that much in Brecke. I vaguely remember how much I used to hate sweating in New Orleans, esp. when you were hardly even exerting oneself, just walking in the thick humid air. yuck.
